A hole in the wall joint that serves up some of the best and hottest green chile in the state, they own their own hybrid green chile seed that is specially grown by 7 different farmers in the Hatch River Valley. Their fiery fare is the measuring stick of manhood, with chiles ranging from a level 1 to a level 4. Their level 5 chile is so hot, that it’s illegal to sell it
